How our Process Works
1. Provide Land Info
Provide us with some basic information about the property. This is done on Sell My Land form. Once we get this information we will research the land using county information and recent sale data.
We Will Present You With An Offer
Once we review the land details we provide you with a written offer. The offer amount is the full amount that we pay you for the property. We will pay all closing costs so that you maximize the amount you receive. If you agree you will sign and email or fax the offer back to us.
We Open Escrow
We send the signed offer to a local title company that opens escrow and does a title research and prepares for closing. The title prepares closing documents and coordinates closing with you. We close. You receive your funds for the property.
